Modular ELISA Workstation
Engineering for Precision and Scale — high‑performance modular ELISA workstations for clinical and industrial laboratories.
Our platform combines advanced photometry, precise liquid handling, integrated washing, and orbital shaking in a single, space‑efficient system. Built for high‑volume workflows, it delivers consistent results with minimal operator intervention.
System Architecture
Chassis and Layout
- Three‑section design: lower cabinet, working deck, and overhead module.
- All modules are interconnected via a unified CAN/Ethernet network.
- Central control unit — an industrial PC developed for real‑time operation.
Working Deck
- 12 microplate positions with full walk‑away capability.
- 4 independent liquid dispensers for flexible assay setup.
- 2 integrated washers (8‑channel heads) with enhanced pressure control.
- 6 orbital shakers with temperature control (ambient to +125°C, 100–1800 rpm).
- On‑deck tube storage — stainless steel racks for 24 tubes each.
Photometer
- Wavelength range: 405, 450, 492, 620 nm (expandable to 6 filters).
- Absorbance range: 0–4 OD.
- Accuracy: ≤ ±1% and 0.005 Abs up to 2.5 Abs.
- Linearity: ≤ ±0.5% from 0.1 to 1.5 Abs; ≤ ±0.75% from 1.5 to 2.5 Abs.
- Read time: ≤10 seconds per plate.
- Liquid level detection, clot and foam detection — standard.
Liquid Handling
- Air‑displacement pipetting with disposable tips (200 µl and 1000 µl).
- Dispensing volume: from 50 µl.
- Tip racks: 104 tips per rack, with proprietary coding for supply chain control.
Buffer and Waste Management
- 2 buffer reservoirs — 15 litres each.
- Waste tank — 15 litres.
- Level monitoring on all positions with visual and audible alerts.
